Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

• Maintains price supports from suppliers and within the company (e.g. Materials Management).
• Develops and maintains relationships with select commercial team and material management.
• Maintain and Document third party ensuring purchase order and invoice accuracy.
• Assists customer service and sales management with resolution of Invoice Edit Report issues.

Experience & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and good judgment when prioritizing daily activities.
• Ability to interface well with suppliers, and internal staff.
• Have excellent organizational skills and follow up.
• Computer skills sufficient to efficiently perform the job requirements, including proficiency at Microsoft Excel.
• Critical thinking Skills.
• Analytical Skills.
