Want to transform the way people discover and enjoy video experiences with Alexa? Do you believe finding the perfect movie to watch should be faster and more engaging? Do you believe there has to be a better way to manage the flood of content and video subscriptions? Come join a team of Researchers and Designers on the Alexa Entertainment UX team and help shape the future of video entertainment. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the customer experience, design, and implementation of cutting edge products that are used every day by people you know. We’re looking for people who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, demonstrate a high degree of ownership, and want to have fun while they make history.
In this role, you will lead a small team of UX and VUI designers to define and deliver Alexa video experiences that span multiple platforms including Mobile, Echo Devices, and Fire TV. You will establish mechanisms for collaboration with Product Mangers, Researchers, Engineers, and Program Managers across different parts of the organization. No detail is beyond you as you will drive for design excellence from concept to bug-bashing. As a Design leader, you will work closely with Product Owners to craft the vision, set product direction, as well as influence the overall strategy of Alexa Entertainment.
To be successful, you must be a critical, inventive, and strategic thinker with the ability to communicate your ideas effectively to peers, stakeholders and executives.
