With over 25 years of experience in web radiology, RamSoft is dedicated to delivering award-winning, fully customizable, feature-rich solutions for healthcare providers around the world. We are currently seeking a USA-West Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for selling within the West region in the United States. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington.

You will actively engage current and new customers on RamSoft’s RIS, PACS, and Teleradiology software, building relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, and physician practices. What will you do?
- Meet or exceed the sales quota set
- Plan and allocate time and resources to ensure sales objectives will meet company’s overall business plans
- Actively prospect new clients through cold-calls, industry referrals, networking, online searches, industry magazine lists, etc.
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with prospective and current clients, managing existing accounts and following up on leads regularly
- Develop and execute strategies for closing deals to reach sales targets
- Work remotely from your home office
- Travel to meet customers or prospective clients on a regular basis (30-40% travel)
- Work diligently to ensure sales pipeline is being continuously developed, with timely and accurate updates, to ensure revenue growth
What will you bring to RamSoft?
- Diploma/Degree in a related field such as business, health or technology
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a related role with demonstrated success of meeting sales targets
- Demonstrated knowledge of radiology workflow, software sales, and territory management/prospecting required
- 2+ years of selling hosted cloud solutions (ASP/SaaS/VNA, etc)
- High level of communication skills, written and verbal, is required in order to interact with existing and new clients
- Customer relations experience with knowledge/experience in customer service or telemarketing
- Computer skills including proficiency with Windows Suite programs required
- SalesForce.com CRM preferred and/or any other CRM application knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Extensive organizational and time management skills
You will REALLY stand out if you have the following:
- Previous experience or exposure in working with healthcare software including RIS/PACS is highly desired
- Experience selling VNA technologies
- Experience with large healthcare systems, hospitals, Healthcare-related universities
- Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Experience in Healthcare IT
