Overview: Provide service including serving food and beverages, cleaning tables and re-setting tables. Responsible for complete sanitation of dining room and equipment. Reports to Dining Services Supervisor and/or Dining Services Manager.

Available Shifts:

Half shifts: 7am-11am, 11am-3pm, 4pm-8pm

Full Shifts: 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to communicate with residents to take meal orders and provide service during meals
• Serve full table service to all residents and guests
• Able to promptly and accurately report any resident problems, inquiries, requests and/or concerns to supervisor
• Responsible for the proper food handling and preparation in accordance with Health Department regulations
• Able to make menu changes only with the consent of the manager or supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; may be working toward high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instruction
