Concrete Strategies is looking for an experienced Finisher Foreman to join our team. This position will be responsible for: Set up concrete pours (grading, vapor barrier, forming, dowels, etc.). Concrete mix design knowledge. Experience with large scale concrete pours. Experience with using finishing equipment (pan/troweling machines/pumping). Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently (elevations, etc.).
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Possess the ability to lead and assist laborers and a to follow instructions as directed by superintendent.
• Three years of previous foreman experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 hour Certified.
• High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Two years' equivalent combination or related experience or education.
• 18 years or older.

• Be able to get to work as required, on time.
• Follow instructions as directed by superintendent.
• Operate tools and equipment with caution and care in a manner to obtain maximum usefulness and to extend the lifetime of tools and/or equipment.
• Turn in production/safety daily reports.
• Work in a safe, continuous, conscientious manner to produce a quality end product.
• Make known to superintendent any safety hazards.
• Working Additional hours’ weekend/overtime when required.
