Ohio Evoshield Canes Baseball is a NEW travel baseball organization to the area. We are looking for highly motivated and driven coaches to help us jump start into our first season. The Canes are a nationally recognized brand that competes at the highest levels in youth travel baseball. This organization has finally reached its roots into Ohio and is looking to bring along its success, tradition, and New Brand of Baseball!! With this brings on the motivation to find eager coaches that will not only lead a team to a successful season but also keep its players excited and driven to working hard. The Canes are a high standard organization that with it brings on high expectations in its coaching staff. Coaches are expected to have a vast knowledge of the game of baseball and being able to organize a team towards a common goal. Playing/Coaching experience by its coaches whether currently or formerly is required. Coaching/playing experience at the collegiate or professional levels is highly preferred. Coaches are also expected to handle simple day to day tasks such as standing for long period, lifting up to 50lbs or more, walking or even running, being able to be outside in temperate weather, and able to fulfill any other physical tasks needed to complete simple tasks.
