Transport Aide- Endoscopy- FT-1st Shift Details

Overview: Provides patient transport to and from and/or between nursing units and ancillary departments. Provides support to the clinical staff by maintaining linens, wheelchair access, and performs light housekeeping duties.Qualifications: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

Education:
High School diploma or GED is required. A minimum of Heart Saver CPR is required within 6 months of hire, with Healthcare Provider BCLS preferred.

Experience:
At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.

1. Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
2. Ability to use effective interpersonal relation skills when working with a variety of people and situations.
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adjust to continuing changes in the daily work schedule.

5. Willingness to work with clinical personnel and other team members to foster a productive work environment.
