Transitional Housing Program Case Manager We are seeking a committed and talented individual to work with young adults ages 18-21 in our Transitional Housing Program sites. The young adults placed in the Transitional Housing program transition from Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs and/ or Foster Family Agency placements into the transitional housing program to learn independent living skills. An ideal candidate would assist and support the young adults in transitioning from court ordered placements to becoming independent and financially stable young adults in the community. In this position you would work closely with the youth in the program developing living skills plans, case plans, creating workshops, etc. The position is full-time with excellent benefits including various voluntary benefits plus PTO hours. In addition, the work schedule is Monday- Friday 11am-7pm (1 Saturday per month.) Min Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work or related behavioral science field and at least one year of experience with the client population served.
