MTG Services is management consulting company and direct hire staffing agency that works with dozens of top mortgage companies and servicers throughout the country.

We have been retained to locate experienced Mortgage Servicing Managers with direct experience boarding both newly originated mortgage loans as well as bulk transfers of acquired portfolios. We have multiple positions available including the following:

• Portfolio Data Management. This role is focused on managing the onboarding team responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy of data and completeness of all loan files, developing KPIs or other performance metrics, addressing any data issues, and working directly with executive leadership to enhance existing processes and procedures relating to data management and data integrity during the onboarding process.
• Servicing Transfer Management. This role is focused on managing the portfolio transfer team that primarily works on data mapping and testing protocols, new client due diligence/onboarding, reconciliation of trial / final data conversion, escrow / advance funds, etc.
• Loan Administration Management. This role oversees the teams responsible for escrow, loan maintenance, and customer care functions
• Financial Management. This role oversees the teams responsible for payment processing, loan accounting, investor reporting, and investor accounting.

Critical Requirements for all Candidates:

• Must enjoy working with a company that values its team members

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in mortgage servicing with extensive experience in taxes, escrow analysis, mortgage insurance, etc
• Two (2) years of direct management experience, overseeing a team of professionals
• Direct experience in the portfolio onboarding process for a mortgage servicer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
