- Submit requests for proposals
- Create financial analysis comparisons for proposals and counteroffers
- Prepare property comparison spreadsheets & documents
- Create Letters of Intent
- Analyze and create lease documents & redlines
- Accommodate broker commission agreements & redlines
- Create lease abstracts
- Rent calculations
- Commission calculations
- Commission invoices
- Create deal close-out books
- Facilitate broker agreements with out of state brokers
- Organize lease files (both hard & soft)
- Ensure all documents are executed fully and correctly
- CRM data entry
- Project timeline creation and follow up
- Research market options with CoStar
- Create market reports and tour books
- Arrange and conduct building and market tours
