The Opportunity: Join BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security sector and be a part of a team who supports sustainment efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. The Minuteman III is the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system and is part of the Integration Support Contract (ISC). We are looking for an Training Specialist to be a part of a growing Learning and Development (L&D) program and improve the company’s position to address current and future pursuits. The Role: In this role, you will:
Support a workforce transformation from paper-based to model-based engineering.
Manage all aspects of facilitating events, including planning, marketing, communicating with stakeholders, and operating technology.
Leverage current technologies to offer a seamless and effective experience. Events take place within a wide array of forums and media.
Collaborate with colleagues within L&D as well as, subject matter experts, customers, leadership, and different teams, often in a virtual environment.
Play a crucial role in the organization, by working with the Training and Development Manager and other L&D colleagues to ensure the current workforce and incoming new hires are equipped to meet the needs of the customer and the company.

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Strong customer service, with the ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Virtual Meeting platforms.
Background in Executive Support, Communications, or Marketing.
Experience with promoting and marketing events with strong company branding and appropriate proprietary markings.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interface with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communication with many departments and teams, providing information and data, which may be sensitive in nature.
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems, using ingenuity and innovation.
Knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Vyond.
Experience with administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
