Purpose: The Training Coordinator will monitor and develop the training needs of the credit union.by designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to help fulfill the strategic plan and goals of the Credit Union Responsibilities: Reviews existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the credit union or the industry. Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry. Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or credit union developments that training could improve. Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions. Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs. Ensures annual regulatory training for all staff and board members is completed in a timely manner. Develop and monitor monthly training modules to enhance employee development. Work with leadership team to identify additional training opportunities.
