About You


As a Project Manager/Traffic Coordinator, you will direct and monitor the flow of projects and resources through the creative services team. A project manager / coordinator’s responsibilities include tracking and disseminating project information, overseeing and monitoring schedules for the timely delivery of projects and deliverables, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules. You should be able to ongoing and up to date status reports for the creative team leads. You may also be responsible for traditional project management responsibilities, including project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, creating timelines, and managing client and internal communications.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase project efficiency.
  • Conducting regular meetings to ensure that staff is aware of upcoming deadlines.
  • Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
  • Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
  • Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
  • Working with project managers to define work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects are on schedule.
  • Collaborating with creative strategy on yearly roadmap
  • Preparing priority lists and weekly project status reports
  • Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
  • Setting up projects and managing them within Asana
  • Updating and maintaining project tracking
  • Acting as liaison between Account, Creative Strategy and Project Management teams

You’ll need to have:

  • 3+ years experience in the project management field for an agency or on a creative team
  • Strong working knowledge of digital creative and social media creative
  • Great communication, people, leadership, organizational, and project/time management skills
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • The ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
  • Flexibility when it comes to changing priorities, while still meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail, while simultaneously seeing the bigger picture
  • A willingness and ability to learn
  • A positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Experience with Asana (or similar project management software) a plus
  • Strong Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Suite
  • Experience in Slack or similar platform

Proficiency in the following programs/tools:

  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Mac/PC platform literate*
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Asana Software (not required but a plus)
  • Harvest Software (not required but a plus)
