Tradewind Logistics is seeking a talented Delivery Associate (DA) for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. We want someone who likes to work smart, is comfortable using cutting-edge technology, operates independently, and solves problems in a team environment. As a DA, you will be the outward facing representative of our company, while delivering Amazon packages to a large area. This is a high-profile position requiring outstanding customer service skills, making sure all orders are delivered accurately, safely, and with a smile. The hub (job location) for this Delivery Associate position is located near the Napa County Airport. (300 Boone Drive American Canyon, CA). The routes encompass the cities of American Canyon, Fairfield, Benicia, Vallejo, Yountville, Sonoma, Napa, and the surrounding hills. We do not deliver to Oakland, Richmond, SF, or Berkley.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will drive a Bluetooth enabled, clean, comfortable Amazon branded 2021 Ford Transit 250 delivery van to deliver packages to customers.
• 4-5 days of work each week creates your 40 hour week.
• You’ll adhere to strict safety standards on and off the road.
• You'll interact with Amazon customers and the general public professionally and positively.
• You'll use advanced, handheld technology to manage the delivery process smoothly.

We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation $20.00 - $22.00 an hour (based on experience)
• $120 per week bonus for completing 4 shifts a week. (Till the end of the year)
• Working hours bonus: We pay a guaranteed 10 hours per day as a bonus based on meeting delivery performance goals. Example: If you get your packages delivered in 6 hours and meet the safety and reliability metrics, you will be paid 4 extra bonus hours to equal 10 for the day. Our employees love getting paid a bonus even after they are done with their shift!
• $500.00 signing bonuses

Job Requirements:

• Ability to drive safely and deliver on-time.
• Be 21 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English.
• Have a valid driver's license, (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required).
• Consent to a drug test and abide by our guidelines.
• Be able to operate and navigate a company provided delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less. Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Appropriately handle challenging driving environments including heavy traffic and small country roads.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in the field.
