A few things we look for are.- A passion for early childhood education
- Teacher certification by the Department of Early Education and Care**Experience as a child care teacher or teaching assistant in a center setting
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or college degree a plus
- Experience with lesson planning and various forms of curricula (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.) helpful
- Ability to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday
