BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY Performs routine (journey-level) consultative and technical assistance work with the Design and Project Management (DPM) Branch of the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO). Works with all branches of the CFMO including the Environmental Branch, the Contract Management Branch, and the Plans and Programming Branch to execute successfully major and minor design and construction projects. Provides technical assistance to DPM staff through all phases of engineering and architectural projects (scoping through close out). Reports to the Contracts Management Branch Chief and works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
