Title Specialist for Boat Dealership

Description:

• The Titling Specialist is responsible for providing customers a service that includes the vessel/trailer registration of their new purchase.
• They will also maintain product files and offer support in various areas within the company including Products and Sales.
• Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels and other purchases in numerous states in a timely fashion.
• Maintain all customer deal files.
• Handle calls to and from customers, tag offices, and federal offices concerning title-related issues.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers by providing timely processing of vessel registrations.
• Keep an organized system of tracking file transfers.
• Assist with receptionist area and answering phones as needed.
• Assist Sales Department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
