POSITION SUMMARY Under supervision of the Director of Equity Issues and Title IX Coordinator, the Title IX Investigator will assist with the administration of the College's Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures and Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy. The Title IX Investigator will also assist with educating the college community on awareness and prevention of sexual misconduct and forms of harassment and discrimination. The Title IX Investigator will work closely with Human Resources, General Counsel Office, Hearing Officers, Campus Safety & Security, and Student Affairs staff. Additionally, the position serves as the Chair of the Sexual Assault Awareness Education Committee.
