As a Manager, you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the cafe, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.

As the day-to-day Manager of the store, you will:

• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the company’s business plan
• Establish and maintain strong inventory management and data integrity routines
• Achieve store sales and metric goals through regular business analysis and problem solving activities
• Manage all store controllable expenses and profitability components
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through effective training, communication and relationship building
• Act as a role model for other team members by adhering to all state and Federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that is set by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred
• Top-notch customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Available to work flexible hours that include early mornings, weekdays and weekends
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
