As part of a hardworking team of diverse engineers, you will focus on leading the Assembly, Integration, and Test team. You will work across subsystems and support integrated solutions to help achieve Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of developing tests plans and procedures for verifying vehicle design and function, archiving test data to support vehicle verification and developing test equipment, and Ground Support Equipment. This role is a combination of test development, planning and documentation, hands-on running tests and troubleshooting/data analysis. The position requires support of optimal solutions across the program with strong collaboration within and across the program, partners, contractors and NASA. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will contribute to innovative solutions, while demonstrating personal leadership, technical competence and judgement, and demonstration of the highest technical standards. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
