Descriptions:
May serve as a working leader responsible for leading and providing technical advice and direction to lower graded personnel. Duties may include, but are not limited to, monitoring work; ensuring product quality, accuracy, and timeliness; consolidating reports for COR regarding status updates and billing; and reviewing collected data for completeness, accuracy, and validity. Coordinates with others to assure all safety, security, environmental, and community concerns are adequately addressed. Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements. Provide experience and familiarization with test design methods. Provides test approaches and ensures successful implementation. Identify the appropriate techniques, tools and guidelines to implement the required tests, and gives guidance on the corresponding resources requirements for the test effort. Provides specifies and verifies the required Test Environment Configurations. Provides testing diagnostic, problem solving skills and have broad knowledge of hardware and software installation and setup. Must have experience and success with the use of test automation tools, programming skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Army systems or applications-under-testing.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, mathematics, scientific or operational research specialization or related discipline, plus 10 years of experience in testing design. Provide test development, plan testing, reviewing the test design, or executing test design of military systems. Experience in DoD integrated test philosophy, test regulations, and coordinated test and evaluation programs are required. Must be familiar with DoD drawings, specifications practices, formats and procedures. Secret security clearance is required.
