IPM Specialist is a local well-established pest control company seeking a professional and courteous individual to full fill our Sales Representative position. IPM Specialist has been providing pest control service to our valued customers since 2013. The goal is to provide our customers with quality/brand protection. Our company focuses on commercial and residential customers. This job will be an expansion sales representative position. IPM Specialist is currently expanding in the Riverside and Imperial Counties; the applicant will need to expand business in the areas mentioned.

IPM Specialist is looking for an exceptional person to join our team! We are currently looking to expand our sales team and need a motivated individual who is looking for an Expansion Sales position. The right candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have good interpersonal skills. This position will report to the Area Manager and assist in increasing and maintaining the sales of our services. Responsibilities include cold calling, following up with customers, B2B sales, etc. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial, but this person will also work as part of a team, alongside our Service Specialist on the route. This position will be part-time, working 3 days out of the week, carpooling with the Service Specialist. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred. This position is an expansion position, ultimately, the sales position will receive a company-issued vehicle along with a full-time position as the area expands and grows.

Work Activities:

• Documenting descriptions of sales, properties, and customers information
• Preparing appropriate Pest Program Plans
• Contacting existing/new customers
• Prospecting and developing new sales leads
• Phone calling, following up on prospective customers
• Riding alongside a Service Specialist

Qualifications:

• Team player, outstanding customer service skills
• Highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy the selling process
• Strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
• Comfortable working outside

Language:

• Spanish
• English

Requirements:

• Sales, 1 year (Required)
• Heavy Phone, 1 year (Required)
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one traffic violation in the past 3 years)
• A drug test will be administered on all candidates
• A background check will be administered by the state of California and the federal government on all candidates
• Legal for work in the US
• A driver’s license is required
• High School Diploma/GED

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour plus 15% commission
