As an entry level Sales position reporting to the Area Sales Director, this role will be working with our Account Managers to develop business opportunities with our current customer base. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a history of exceptional initiative, building strong customer relationships and provide solutions to your assigned customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Work with the Account Executives to develop proposals and other presentation materials as needed for assigned campaigns and projects.

  • Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts.

  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generations by performing various current and potential customer outreach strategies

  • Handle renewals, relationship development, upsells, leveraging solutions and new offerings

  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decision

  • Partner with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise

  • Participate in ongoing training courses/programs, networking events, and regional conferences to stay atop industry trends and the most up to date information.

  • Develop trusted customer relationships with the Customer Success Team by anticipating customer needs and providing solutions and guidance in relation to business opportunities.

  • Communicate with Account Executives for continuous feedback and development of the campaigns and projects for each specific customer

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s (preferred) or Associate Degree in a related field

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales in Hospitality Operations or Mgmt. experience

  • Intermediate technology skills with Microsoft Office and general Applications

  • Strong problem solving, influence, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales

  • Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and via web based interactions

  • Ability to project manage individual issues, including engaging subject matter experts from various groups

  • Strong teaming skills and ability to work with a diverse team

  • Sound and comprehensive communications and diplomacy skills to exchange complicated information

  • Identify, document, and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements

  • Maintain Salesforce.com CRM tool
