Job Description This position provides event support to the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement, while the Director of Development and Alumni Events is on maternity leave. This position will report to the Associate Director of Development. The successful candidate will be service oriented and assist in all facets of registration for events including all event logistics, webinar logistics and assisting others when needed. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills. They should demonstrate qualities of initiative, organization, and teamwork. Ability to interact effectively with high-level volunteers, University president, and the University’s highest-level donors and prospects. The ideal candidate also must be able to juggle a high volume of event activity, while executing all events with precision and excellence. 25 – 30 hours, with additional hours during peak event periods. Some weekends and evenings are required.
