Position Type Temporary Staff (SHRA) Hours vary. The range of responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to accounts payable, journal entries, Pcard reconciliations, travel approvals, vouchers, filing, and record-keeping. This position will be directly in charge of processing all invoices and assisting with the execution of obtaining additional grant funds. This position will work on performing accounting duties and data-entry. Duties also include; reconciliation of gift card expenditures using the University accounting systems, interpreting allowable expenses, filing and reporting.
