POSITION SUMMARY We have an opportunity for a Teller Supervisor at our Blaisdell branch in St. Paul, MN. This position is responsible for the supervision of the branch’s teller staff, including: oversight of teller policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines, on-going training, supervision and evaluation of all teller functions of that bank location to ensure and maintain the highest level of customer service, compliance, and bank profitability. Responsible for ensuring that superior quality teller and vault services are provided. Responds to challenging customer inquiries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position supervises branch identified Tellers Responsible for the hiring, performance management and development of these employees.
