Promote and sale the bank’s services and products while providing quality customer service. Adhere to the Bank’s 5 points of service. Cross-sell appropriate products and services to clients and prospects. At the direction of the CSM, place outbound sales and services calls to customers and prospects. Receiving deposits, cashing checks, processing other related banking transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Follow security and control protocols. Prior experience with cash handling, sales and customer service preferred. Great communication and customer service skills are required.
