Telecom Tower Climber Associate:
We will train you in this exciting and sustainable field. Learn technical skills the safe way. Get trained at our state-of-the-art training facility and work with the latest advanced tools and resources on the job. We welcome specialty or trade school training.


Telecom Tower Climber Technician:
You come with 1-2 years of experience of similar Tower Technician experience or training. Military experience welcome.


Telecom Tower Top Hand: 2-3 years of experience as a Tower Technician. Will be managing a team. Proven experience climbing telecom towers to perform tasks such as troubleshooting, cellular radio/antenna swaps and legacy cable upgrades.


Telecom Tower Crew Foreman:
3-5+ years of experience. You bring significant tower technology experience in supervising teams and mentoring/coaching the team. Passionate about site safety adherence, completion of JSA/JHA forms, and learning installation specifications.

You Will

  • Maintain equipment placed at high altitude structures such as guyed towers, lattice towers, water towers, monopoles, and rooftops.
  • Use advanced tools and resources in a company that manufacturers the software and hardware you work on.
  • Influence performance and daily procedures through feedback and innovation from the field.
  • Be highly proficient with communication, organization, administrative tasks, and computers.
