Work you'll do


  • Lead groundbreaking innovation, delivery support, client facilitation, and product innovation support
  • Create standards and best practices following ITIL guidelines, capacity planning, and integration with Deloitte technical support team
  • Solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for the client
  • Support strategic business transformation through the application of technology to our client's most complex problems, including examples such as chatbots and conversational Artificial Intelligence
  • Develop recommendations that optimize the use of technology within an organization, applying strategic technology solutions.
  • Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, processes and systems as needed
  • Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, and p erform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project
  • Interact with other stakeholders not limited to end-user clients, Project Manager/Scrum Master, Business Analysts, offshore development, testing and other cross-functional teams

The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • 4+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to design and implement well-structured software projects
  • 4+ years of experience developing interfaces and custom software for: Chatbots, Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Related Workplace technologies
  • 4+ years of experience with software development, including Object-Oriented Programming and modern JavaScript libraries & frameworks
  • This position is remote but some travel up to 15% may be required


Preferred:

  • SAFe, PMP, PMI, or Agile certifications

  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, application support, and operations & maintenance in the Federal and commercial sector

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project Plan, Access, and SharePoint, and experience with tools such as JIRA

  • Experience in development/configuration of integrations using Java, HTML, and CSS, and experience in hands-on development, estimations, sizing, and custom integrations

  • Experience incorporating the Agile methodology with a focus on Scrum framework

  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes

  • Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies and excellent verbal and written communication

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $103,000 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
