We are looking for strong and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist with Plex experience. This position can be based out of Troy, MI, Irvine, CA or Prague offices.
WHAT'S YOUR IMPACT?

Serves as a SME in at least one workstream

• Maintains the ability to proficiently solve cases within more than one workstream
• Proficient in creating Knowledge Management articles
• Ability to approve KM articles
• Ability to handle highly complex cases as well as to perform light “tech work” within support environments
• Handles escalated cases
• Maintains successful completion of required Plex certifications and trainings
• Ability to mentor customers to gain maximum value and efficiency from the utilization of Plex systems

IS IT IN YOU?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering (or similar) or equivalent overall work experience
• Minimum of 3 years within Plex Support Services OR a previous minimum of 5 years within a highly technical support service environment.
• 3-5 years of experience using or supporting an ERP/MRP system
• Effective Communication (written and verbal)
• Empathy
• Logical and critical thinking
• Passion for technology
• Ability to mentor
• Collaborative
