Sr. Tech Recruiter : Do you speak Boolean? Can you guide a conversation with a technical leader to thoroughly understand all technical aspects of the position? Can you dig-out talent from our competition using Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tools & techniques? Are you driven to produce to meet target goals and deadlines? A typical day looks like this:

• Identify your competitors and target their best talent!
• Provide expert analysis of technical positions and recruiting needs.
• Work with the Hiring Managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a multitude of roles.
• Create and compose compelling messaging that highlights the exciting technical challenges and incredible culture at ChenMed
• Track and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on top-of-the-funnel metrics; including outreach performance, response rates, and pass-through rates.
