Overview: John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT Corporation) is a leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the food processing and air transportation industries. Purpose of the Position: Manage strategic talent acquisition of mid-to-senior level technical positions at JBT Corporation. This role will be specifically responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening and acquiring the most qualified and talented candidates across multiple geographies within in North America. Day to day efforts will focus on providing full lifecycle recruiting, research, sourcing, and preliminary screening of active and passive candidates for technical positions found in areas such as Engineering, Sciences, Research & Development, and specialized, niche professional roles within the business. Provide market research and analysis as needed for open positions and be a trusted business partner to Human Resources and Business Managers.
