Technical Account Manager

W-2 Salaried Position

Join a progressive technology firm serving state wildlife and recreational agencies as an Account Manager. This position will be responsible for the overall business relationship with assigned agency client(s) utilizing Brandt’s technical solution. The Account Manager will manage the balance between agency client needs and corporate goals and work to create mutually beneficial relationships partnership with agency clients.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency clients

Manage agency client relationships to achieve successful outcomes for both Brandt and the agency client

Use strong analytical skills, continually reviewing the clients’ businesses, identify and present methods to manage expectations and improve business performance and growth

Apply knowledge of Brandt's technical solutions and operations to meet and exceed contractual obligations

Translate Brant’s software functions into business solutions

Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure operations, programs, processes and practices are in place to provide quality and effectiveness; recommending improvements on an ongoing basis

Establish processes and procedures for management of agency client concerns and issues by utilizing internal Brandt team members (trainers, implementation specialist, support teams, and project managers) in order to support and advocate on behalf of agency clients.

Manage priorities, communicate status and identify additional needs through trend analysis.

Ensure required level of customer service utilizing technology resources, including availability of computing resources, timeliness of programming projects, and responsiveness to exception conditions that arise

Review and validate system functionality throughout the project lifecycle to ensure it satisfies unique client requirements and business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline

Possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet client and organizational goals

Ability to set and communicate priorities to internal teams, while managing agency client’s needs simultaneously

Ability to work under stringent deadlines and meet frequent short timeline goals

Basic to intermediate understand of software design and relational data models

Willing to travel and meet with agency clients

Location:

Remote work may be available, however it is expected that the selected candidate will travel to and work out of one of Brandt’s offices located in Tallahassee, FL; Atlanta, GA or Denver, CO with advance notice and additional work activities may be performed at other locations, such as client or customer offices, as designated by Brandt. It will be necessary for the selected candidate to live in close proximity (w/in 50 miles) to one of these three (3) locations. Relocation assistance will be considered. The selected candidate will be issued company equipment to perform all job responsibilities.
