Leading and coaching diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge Establishing strong relationships with the clients Working in an entrepreneurial environment to pave your own career path At least 2 to 5 years of related work experience in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines within EY and client organizations Depth and breadth in quantitative knowledge; Excellent quantitative modeling, statistical analysis skills and problem-solving skills, to solve business problems Proven application of advanced analytical and statistical methods in the financial services space Experience presenting analytical conclusions to senior officials in a company and other stakeholders Superior communication (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions and results to technology and business audiences Key focus on the wrangling, clean-up and transformation of large quantities (Millions to Billions of rows) of complex and extremely varied data sets Practical experience and familiarity with some of the following tools and technologies: SAS, R, Python, SPSS, MapR, Flume, Hue, Impala, predictive analytics, Tableau, Spotfire, and Java Meaningful experience in multiple database technologies such as: Distributed Processing (Spark, Hadoop, EMR) Traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) MPP (AWS Redshift, Teradata), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Titan) Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Platform, Databricks) Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, facilitating meetings, presentation creation, and ability to prepare client ready deliverables Ability to quantify improvement in business areas resulting from optimization techniques through use of business analytics and/or statistical modeling Experience in treasury and liquidity risk management practices, processes and products Knowledge of a broad range of treasury instruments and the complex financial products used to manage risk Understand leading practices and regulatory guidance in Treasury governance, processes, procedures and internal control environment Ability to integrate new knowledge and adapt to change with a natural curiosity and desire to learn Excellent leadership and teaming skills Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines, and provide reporting and business recommendations in a dynamic environment Highly organized and detail focused with excellent multi-tasking skills A willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60% Consulting experience What we offer

To qualify for the role you must have
Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and/or analytics).
Ideally, you’ll also have
A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
