Who we are: Homegrown Sustainably Sourced is a fast casual sandwich and grain bowl concept with multiple locations across the greater Seattle area. We serve seasonal, organic farm to table produce via our proud partnership with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville, WA. Our business is predominantly lunch driven, with our highest volume between 11am-3pm. What you do: Our team members are cross trained to perform all floor positions including prep, line work, customer engagement, and upkeep of store facilities. We work as a team to provide exceptional guest service and craft the best food. COVID-19 Safety Measures in Place:

All employees of The Homegrown Group (Homegrown, Hap's, Catapult NW, and Artisan Premades) who report to a workplace with other employees must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or submit a negative COVID-19 test on a weekly basis beginning Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

We take our employee's safety seriously and have had masks mandatory since early Spring, 2020. We provide washable/reusable masks for employees, conduct frequent sanitation steps of high touch/frequently used surfaces. Additionally, we are not providing in-store dining at this time. Send in your vaccination card for 4 hours of Paid Time Off at date of hire!
