A 2nd shift Team Leader position available for an individual who enjoys motivating a team to meet goals established per shift. The qualified individual will communicate requirements to the team, monitors and encourages safe practices for team members, and will be responsible for training and providing support to the Supervisor. Here is a list of some of the job responsibilities:
1. Assigns tasks to team and ensures that the number of workers optimizes the effectiveness of workflow to achieve maximum productivity.
2. Monitors the performance of the group and individuals to ensure that established goals are met.
3. Assists Supervisor with documentation, job set ups and paperwork.
4. Notifies Supervisor of any problems including, but not limited to: out-of-stock items, performance issues, etc.
5. Provides training for specific and or job specific tasks

1. Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment.
2. Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects.
3. Strong communication skills in writing and verbal
4. Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
5. Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
6. Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs.
7. Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required
8. Must be available to work Sunday's
