Family owned Tax Business seeking experienced and beginner tax preparers. Primary responsibilities will be to prepare 1040 individual tax returns or small business for Tax Season Jan-April 2021

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and highly accurate data entry. Compensation is based on a 30% commission of return preparation fee. The more returns that you prepare the more money you can make.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to work from home. And you can be your own boss by working seasonally , occasionally , full time or part time .

Our positions are remote access only. Training will be provided virtually and person to person if needed with support available year around. Completion of tax preparation course required .

You must have your own laptop or desktop computer and be required to use our online portal . Experience with computer programs like work , excel etc.

TAX PREPARERS JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Advertising and Recruit of new clients .
  • Setting up meetings virtually or person to person
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns for clients using the company portal.
  • Handling communication from clients and tax authorities .
  • Auditing all tax forms for completeness and accuracy including retrieving a copy of clients ( Valid ID, Birth Certificate , Social Security card , and tax documents via email , person to person or by having the client to upload their documents to our company app which is the fastest , easiest and safest way .
  • Providing future tax planning to clients and offering other services like credit repair , insurance or book keeping services for small businesses .
  • Always providing excellent customer service to secure repeat business and expand client base.
  • Analyzing tax data submitted by the client to maximize the outcome for the client
