We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Talent Social Media Specialist to join our team.
This Talent Social Media Specialist will be responsible for Creating, Planning and Coordinating various Talent Pipeline Programs such as Internship Program, Apprentice Opportunity Initiative, and College Partnerships. The goal for this role is to create and implement long-term strategies that ensure the organization has access to top talent by establishing a strong employment brand.
What you will Do
- Lead the digital talent acquisition process by strongly levering social media platforms and be accountable for designing and implementing digital hiring strategies to support rapid growth.
- Collaborate and partner with the Recruiting Manager to Actively source top talent through various digital and social media channels including LinkedIn.
- Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, particularly those that mitigate bias in Talent identification and selection processes. – and help drive cultural and transformational change.
- Manage EEOC efforts to meet compliance requirements.
- Manage workforce planning initiatives including developing and implementing workforce plans, refining hiring forecasting capabilities, establishing, and reporting on key recruiting metrics and providing data-driven, actionable insights.
- Manage Agency that curates the various Social Media Platform – such as – LinkedIn.
What you will Bring:
- 3-5+ years of related experience (outbound sourcing and screening passive candidates).
- Experience managing digital Influencer talent/brands; with an existing network of Influencer relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of how to navigate and extract data from all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through these multiple online/digital sources.
- Strong critical analysis skill in identifying actionable campaign data that would ultimately result in measurable growth and improved ROI.
- Extensive experience with ATS, preferably iCIMS.
