Job Description

Duties: Build tiered training programs with various learning elements to help HR professionals use and interpret data. Help extract insights from data and leverage for decision-making. Help administer and interpret internal organizational assessment measures, such as employee engagement surveys, and manager quality assessments. Present internal company data and workforce insights to PBNA leaders for decision-making purposes and policy determination purposes. Review research in the Industrial-Organizational practice and adapt and integrate best practices from research into internal design. Create and administer assessments that inform talent call and future placement decisions for job opportunities. Perform critical internal assessment/ development programs including the Hogan and 360 elements which incorporate PepsiCo proprietary leadership models, which is used to coach and develop leaders. Support the assembling, administering, and assessment of critical skills for General Manager roles that will address future development program needs by leveraging workforce insights (e.g. promotion rate, 360-degree feedback) to identify cohorts where training and development efforts are needed. Provide organizational data and insights to inform key organizational structure decisions and investment focus areas. Review and analyze aggregate performance assessment data to ensure the validity of employee performance ratings. Help design and administer survey and assessment tools to provide information on organizational efficiency and the direction of needed investments or realignments. Build reports to provide regular insights on important organizational trends, and shares these reports and insights with senior leadership on a regular basis. Lead PepsiCo beverages North America’s talent data, analytics, and insights agenda to drive future business growth. Consult with clients and provide support to their talent analytics needs, including diagnosing and understanding the root cause, creating data collection plan, and facilitation data collecting, data interpretation (including correlation, multi-variant regression, predictive modeling), and data visualization. Design surveys on an ad-hoc basis and provide insights based on a statistical analysis of survey data.

Partner with clients to interpret key talent data, including employee engagement survey results and turnover trends, and drive tangible actions. Work across the broader HR and Talent Management & Organizational Development function on initiatives and serve as talent analytics/ talent management lead. Design and maintain Tableau dashboards on talent metrics. Conduct ad hoc analyses linked to the PBNA Talent Strategy. Design, develop, and conduct skill-building activities regarding analytics capability, including training programs that target individual development as well as programs that educate all HR-related initiatives. Create and manage project plans, communication, and sustainability processes to support Talent Management & Organizational Development initiatives. Support PepsiCo core people processes and action planning including support with roll out and data interpretation, such as employee satisfaction surveys, and organizational engagement surveys. Provide facilitation and training on various HR and Talent Management & Organizational Development (TMOD) related initiatives. Provide coaching, feedback, and drive performance of direct report(s) (matrix direct report).

Qualifications/Requirements

Master’s degree (the U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Psychology, Social Sciences, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with talent management practices, talent analytics and statistical analysis, performance management practices, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation; analyzing and interpreting survey data by taking large data sets and developing analytical dashboard within systems; working with large sets of data and conducting statistical analysis, including multi-variant regression and ANOVA; translating analytical and statistical data into actionable insights and stories; and statistical analysis programs including SPSS. Must have two (2) years of experience with using HR systems and Performance Management Systems, and working in an operating/CPG business in an HR supporting function. Travel required 10% of the time.
