As a key member of the team, you will partner with and be supported by our staff to create and build a unique and exciting approach to recruitment that results in the development of a pipeline of phenomenal talent for the Unisig and Vortakt divisions of Entrust Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. In an organization where it is the aptitude and abilities of our employees that drive our success, this role is critical in generating interest and identifying talent using creative and non-traditional methods to talent acquisition, and providing an exceptional recruitment experience.
You will initiate, develop and sustain programs designed to build talented teams utilizing recruitment marketing, networking, school/university, and other recruiting partners, and a robust acquisition and onboarding program. You will generate ideas for brand recognition and recruitment marketing for use in campus involvement, local outreach, social media, and other sourcing opportunities, partnering with our talented Marketing team. Embodying the 5 core values of Entrust, work to identify them in potential candidates to ensure an engaged and successful workforce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Identify, develop and execute strategies utilizing creativity and innovation to ensure we employ and advance the best talent possible and continuously grow relationships to actively build a pipeline of candidates
- Generate interest and expand the brand and company recognition at recruiting events (job fairs, tours, etc)
- Establish partnerships with local, regional, and national diversity and veteran organizations
- Own full recruitment lifecycle process and all relevant reporting and metrics
- Develop and conduct engaging employee onboarding program
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of recruitment management/applicant tracking system
- Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the department and organization
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; 3+ year’s work experience in a focused recruiting/talent acquisition role sourcing active and passive candidates in a manufacturing or technical environment (engineering, machining, assembly, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with HR systems/ATS
- Knowledge and application of federal, state, and local laws governing employment
- Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, self-motivated, personal/professional integrity, confidentiality, excellent customer service, strong negotiation skills, ability to interact with individuals at all levels throughout the company and community, with a positive, engaging demeanor
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills with a creative and challenging mindset toward continuous improvement
- Interest in mechanical products
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Regularly sits throughout the day, utilizing depth perception, peripheral vision, and close focus to operate a computer, computer accessories, and phone equipment
- Regularly moves throughout the facility and standing for interaction with employees, applicants, and networking/career fair events
