Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization! Boudreau Pipeline a top workplace in the Inland Empire for over 5 years is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This position may work remotely with office or site visits as needed. The ideal candidate will have a remote office environment set up and be available to work during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the day-to-day operations and strategic objectives of BPC’s talent initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist meets with members at all levels of the organization to identify and promote open positions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively works to secure a viable talent pool, promotes employer branding and career events and works closely with DHR to develop talent pipelines.
- Screens and attends interviews to ensure cultural match, qualifications and career direction insights provided to hiring managers.
- Administers with the recruitment and hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting offer letters
- Enhances and administers the Applicant Tracking System(s), works within the HRIS system(s) as well.
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department, such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports, documents, filing electronic and hard copy
- Provides customer service, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls; take and relay messages; answer questions from employees regarding human resources topics, rules, and regulations; respond to employment verification requests, salary and benefit surveys, and other requests for information
- Conducts with on-boarding, including new hire orientation, facilitates and/ or provides training, reviews onboarding materials with HRD for updates.
- Supports retention initiatives, HRIS Administration and employment recordkeeping/files ensuring compliance, data integrity and information security
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and services performed
- Participates in other HR functions as a part of a team
- Serves as daily backup for reception
- Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2)years of progressive successful Human Resources experience with HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment
- Spanish bilingual (written/verbal)
- Ability to accomplish assigned projects utilizing effective communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal/collaborative, facilitation/presentation and influencing/negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work well in a variety of team environments
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
