THE POSITION:
The primary function of this position is to lead, develop, and implement recruitment and retention strategies, and build a strong employment brand to support our high growth business. In this hands-on role, you and your team will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. This includes identifying cutting-edge recruiting methods, pipeline building, and assisting hiring managers with candidate selection and hiring, while providing exceptional service and quality in a friendly manner to all internal and external customers.
THE LOCATION:
This position is located in our Overland Park, KS office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  • Create a streamlined and efficient hiring process workflow.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Supervise recruiting personnel.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Act as an ATS Administrator to utilize the system and reports for data analysis.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Process candidate reference and background checks, MVR, and other qualification checks as required.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading department and staff.
