Department ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT (BL-OES-IUBLA) The Office of Strategic Planning & Research (SPR) supports a collaborative, data-driven environment where Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) units set and meet enrollment goals through reporting, analysis, research, projections, data visualizations, and simulations. SPR partners with campus leadership to create an in-depth look at enrollment trends and work with our campus partners to strategize new initiatives that help drive the campus forward. SPR also provides operational support to other OEM units and works with campus partners on ongoing initiatives such as pre-registration, as well as provides web applications, data, and reporting. The Office of First Year Experience Programs (FYE) influences and supports first year student success through the delivery of programs, resources, and services designed to enhance student engagement. Programs include New Student Orientation, Welcome Week, Hoosier Experience, Hoosier Link, and other transition / support programs for first year students and their families as well as the campus community. As part of the SPR technology team, this position's primary role is to develop and support systems related to FYE services, most specifically the New Student Orientation reservation and tracking system. There is high opportunity for both development creativity and interaction with FYE and Enrollment Management services. Most work in systems will be web-based.
