Second Level System Support for all software and hardware in the facility. Will troubleshoot and resolve request/issues and when necessary, escalate to IS Director or Network Administrator. Installs software/maintenance updates on all desktops. Completes desktop imaging, installations and upgrades without assistance.
Supports non-hosted phone systems. Evaluates system specifications and parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Responsible for creating and maintaining system support technical documentation, inventory documentation, repair and disposal documentation. Work involves operating automated office equipment in either a stand-alone, network, and/or mainframe environment.
Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. High School or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year desktop support/computer experience required. 1 year Windows domain experience preferred.
Ghost Imaging and IBM AS400 experience preferred. A+ Certification preferred
