Our experienced staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Specialists, Parent Partners and other therapists/counselors provide case management, mental health care and a range of support services in schools, homes or other community settings. Our dedicated teams work collaboratively and in partnership with family members, school administrators and faculty, county social workers, case managers, probation officers and other agencies. JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the IT Director, the position is responsible for second level technical support, administration, configuration and maintenance of all server and network infrastructure as well as special projects. The responsibility for this position entails installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a variety of Microsoft server technologies. Provides support and is an escalation point for 1st level support (Service Desk)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems. Certification from Microsoft, (MCP, MCSE, MCT) or equivalent experience with Microsoft server products.
Experience:Minimum 4-6 years direct service experience with Microsoft server administration and support.
License or Certification:Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSE or equivalent) for Windows Workstation and Windows Server support or equivalent experience is required. Detailed requirements and expected knowledge is available in a document IT Competencies and Certification Requirements.
Specialized Skills:Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, high level of
initiative and dedication.Excellent verbal and writing skills, organizational skills, training users, ability to multitasking.Excellent knowledge of server
hardware.Experience with the introduction of technology in clinical settings, electronic security, and HIPPA regulations.Acted as a Windows server administrator for at least 4 years.High proficiency in Microsoft-based administration best practices.OS encryption using Microsoft tools.High proficiency in the use and administration of email system.Proficiency in security administration, monitoring, and management.Proficiency in the use and administration of backup.Proficiency in the use and administration of antivirus.Expertise with LAN and WAN network
administration.Virtualization experience.
Physical Requirements:Ability to travel independently to various facility locationsAbility to carry IT equipment e.g. monitors, PC’s, servers etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, install, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot of Microsoft server-based operating systems and applications.
  • Install and configure software as needed.
  • Responsible for implementing remote support and automation tools and educating the Service Desk 1st level support team in using such tools to allow most efficient support to users.
  • Provide expert support services to Service Desk technicians such as configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other network devices on the network.
  • Experience in using GPO’s to control user and computer accounts in the domain.
  • Provide backup support to other technicians to resolve usual user hardware and software related problems as they occur.
  • Administration of company and facility PC networks and LAN’s, including creation of new users, termination of retired users, and regular system maintenance.
  • Configuration and maintenance of phone and voicemail systems.
  • Configure and maintain backups of company data and email.
  • Provides IT training and orientation for facility staff including practices designed to maintain security and confidentiality of electronically filed client information.
  • Work on other IT related projects as assigned.
  • Periodic checking, analyzing and implementation of fault tolerant systems.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.
  • Ability and willingness to contribute to agency efforts to improve quality including maintaining compliance with agency e-security policies and procedures.
