Kuma has been serving Los Osos since 2015!! Join our dynamic restaurant team! Part time and full-time positions available!

As a Kuma Sushi Chef, a typical day would include the following:

• Preparing cold food items from our menu.
• Prepping the sushi bar for our day shifts and night shifts
• Preparing sushi, rolls, sashimi etc.
• Keeping the sushi bar cleaned and sanitary
• Other team work-based tasks
