JOB SUMMARY:

• The Support Specialist provides general office and complex secretarial duties including reception, taking referrals, managing documents, developing reports, filing, billing duties, and office communication
• Compiles, maintains and monitors data as assigned. Maintains skills and knowledge required to build and utilize graphs, tables, statistics, database/spreadsheet programs
• Completes accurate and timely admitting/discharge/billing data into the Maestro/Meditech systems

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full Time; 80 hours per pay period – 8am-5pm shifts

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Associate’s Degree from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
