    QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Identifying and defending resource requirements such as funding, manpower, and facilities for the production effort of assigned products; 2) Leading and directing a multi-disciplinary team and managing group dynamics using team-building techniques to achieve production goals; 3) Formulating objectives and priorities and implementing plans with the long-term interest of the organization; 4) Monitoring the progression of production related activities to facilitate communication and visibility of information between all production participants; and 5) Managing a production budget while making cost-conscious decisions to achieve product cost goals.

    This is a MISSION ESSENTIAL (E-E) position based on specific duties associated with the Navy's Continuity of Operations (NAVCOOP) activities. As such your position will require you to be available to carry out Navy Mission Essential Functions (MEFs) during national security emergencies and events requiring all or part of the Navy to relocate or reconstitute. NAVCOOP provides for the continuity of Navy MEFs during conditions when normal operations have been impaired or made impossible.

    This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
