QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing leadership to direct reports regarding test planning, execution, and reporting; 2) Providing technical Test and Evaluation leadership and guidance; 3) Reviewing technical reports, technical memoranda and other technical output of the engineers; 4) Managing a diverse team of personnel; 5) Handling, processing, mixing of energetic materials and composites containing energetic materials; 6) Experience with ordnance inventory system and the required paperwork for storage, moving and transfer of energetic materials.
