Company :Highmark Bcbsd Inc.Job Description : JOB SUMMARY This job leverages people, processes, and technology competencies to support large-scale, complex initiatives, training vendor oversight and collaborates with Project Managers, HPO leaders, and other teams to design training solutions and deliver value to customers. The incumbent has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of training related projects. Wiill oversee all training activities, including training assessment and evaluation, material development, and training facilitation. The incumbent delivers value to customers through consultation, advisory, and delivery service in support training design and delivery solutions. The incumbent is accountabilities include, but are not limited to, owning deliverable artifacts, leading work streams, engaging key customer stakeholders, building and sharing institutional knowledge, and developing junior professionals. Additionally, has people manager responsibilities for Training Coordinators, Training Specialists and Senior Training Specialists.
